Barrister Md. Rashed Khan, Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, has been practicing as a company,commercial lawyer. His area of practice includes Law of contract, Company Law, the Income tax Law, Customs act, VAT act, Construction Law, Public Procurement Law and Labour Law, Arbitration Law, Civil Aviation Law, Pharmaceutical Law.  He has experience with the Income Tax law of India, UAE, Egypt, UK, Kuwait.

He advises the companies and business organizations which are involved in cross border business.

He is currently providing legal advice to Radiant Pharmaceuticals, Radian Business Consortium Ltd,  Naffco (Dubai), Protechno Group, Kunjo Developers ltd. Egypt Air.

He has provided legal advice to Roche Bangladesh Ltd. Aventis, Grey Advertising, Tech Valley Computers Ltd.  Itel Mobile (China) etc.

A business graduate of IBA, DU (34^th MBA) and a graduate of Pharmacy, DU (29^th Batch) Barrister Rashed Khan has keen interest on commercial law. Being a business executive in early phase of career he has special understanding on practical business situations and interaction of law.

Beside Legal practice Barrister Rashed Khan is involved in teaching. He is a guest faculty at School of Business ( MBA programme) in University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh ( ULAB) and teaches Business Law.
